Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "Pay" button, downloading or using Meety ("App"). This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and iMobi - Kamil Makowski ("we", "our", "us"), the creator of the Meety macOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the Meety app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Meety app for personal or professional purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is provided strictly for use on macOS devices and subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Any unauthorized use of the app may result in termination of this license.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Meety app, including all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of iMobi - Kamil Makowski. This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership rights to the app.
Meety requires a valid license purchase to unlock certain features. We use Lemon Squeezy as a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a license, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies, available at Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy. All payment processing is handled through Lemon Squeezy, and we do not collect or store any payment information.
The Meety app is provided "as-is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. You assume full responsibility for any use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall iMobi - Kamil Makowski be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Meety app, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or other commercial damages or losses, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using the Meety app and uninstall it from your device.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
